Well...A lot has happened since my last blog post - 5 years ago! After selling my small practice in Minneapolis, Brent and I moved back to our hometown of Grand Rapids, MN. In August of 2023 I was able to fulfill my dream of building out my own space and opening a fully equipped Gonstead practice. One month later, our son Louis was born and I continued to see patients very part-time while also soaking up all the baby snuggles.
And here we are in 2024! Roots Chiropractic Center has grown significantly and I've been having so much fun caring for my patients and getting settled in my new space. I owe so much thanks to my patients who have advocated for me in the community, helping me reach more people who need quality chiropractic care. I hope to begin writing again as it's such a useful way to connect and educate people about how chiropractic care can change their life for the better.
